2016 William Hill World Darts Championship
Round One – Daryl Gurney (v Jamie Lewis)

MDA and partners Mitchell promotions are delighted to announce that Northern Irish youngster Daryl “Dude” Gurney has joined our ranks.

Daryl really had a breakthrough year in 2012 which saw him win the England Masters, the Northern Ireland Open, and the Tom Kirby Memorial Trophy.

We were extremely impressed with Daryl with his performances at the 2013 PDC worlds, and knew he had to join our team.

Daryl has impressed TV darts fans since that first appearance in the world championships, and it was obvious to those watching he was a rare talent.

Daryl won his PDC tour card straight after, on day 2 of Qualifying school and hasn’t looked back.  At the start of 2016 he is ranked 34th in the world, 28th on thr ProTour, with many great TV appearances under his belt (including a semi-final at the players championships shown on ITV), and pundits predicting even better things from him.

Daryl’s official website commissioned by MDA promotions contains all his results and news.
